Policy:

-You get a 100% credit back to your Kooyaya account if you cancel a week before the first class starts. After the class begins, a week’s notice is required, and the refund is prorated. All refunds are credited back to your Kooyaya account for future purchases with no expiration. For cash refunds, a 5% surcharge fee will be applied.

-If enrollments are less than three, Kooyaya reserves the right to change or cancel the class. There is no refund for missed classes. Make-up classes or online recorded videos will be provided if applicable. Kooyaya reserves the right to make the final decision.
