Debate Level 1A (G4-6) Summer 2026

Beginner Debate Class
This class is perfect for 4th–6th grade students who are new to debate and eager to build confidence in public speaking and critical thinking. Students will be introduced to the fundamentals of Public Forum debate, including how to structure arguments, speak persuasively, and engage respectfully in discussions. Through fun games, interactive activities, and guided practice, students will learn how to express their ideas clearly and listen thoughtfully to others. With a focus on teamwork and creativity, this class provides a supportive and engaging introduction to the world of debate.

📜 Policy:

🔹 Cancellations with at least one week’s notice will receive prorated tuition credited to your Kooyaya account.
🔹 For cash refunds, a 5% processing fee applies.
🔹 Kooyaya reserves the right to modify or cancel the class if enrollment is fewer than three students.
🔹 No refunds will be issued for missed classes. Make-up sessions or class recordings will be provided when applicable.
🔹 Kooyaya reserves the right to make all final decisions.
